i think he should recieve the same consideration as any of us would hope get when confronted with an error in job performance. afterall this is the man's livlihood and i wouldn't want his family jeopardized any more than yours or mine. the door must open both ways in my humble opinion.

Or maybe if pangintheassborn isn't fired, at least make him put the cost of the blue pigs in the general fund for fair labor negotiations!
